Thirty one 1500 um-long microneedles arranged in 1cm2 circular microneedle array located on a circular substrate which is 20 mm in diameter. Material - SS316 stainless steel. Each microneedle is tilted approximately 45 degrees from the substrate.

This array might be useful for aerodynamic applications such as creating miniature turbulence vortices.
