Six hundred fifty three 300 um-long microneedles within 1 cm2 circular microneedle array, on a circular substrate 20 mm in diameter. Material - SS316 stainless steel. Each microneedle is tilted approximately 45 degrees from the substrate.

This array might be useful for aerodynamic applications such as creating miniature turbulence vortices.
